Description
Essex County is one of the finest birding regions in the country—and Friday Morning Birdwatching is your standing invitation to explore it. Each week, experienced guides lead birdwatchers of all skill levels by van and carpool to a different habitat across the North Shore, tracking the ever-changing cast of species as summer transition into fall migration.
From coastal mudflats and salt marshes to woodland edges and river estuaries, each outing offers a fresh look at the birds that make this region so extraordinary.
These informal outings are as much about shared discovery as identification—a chance to slow down, look carefully, and talk birds with people who care about them as much as you do.
