A Nature Year at Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary: Winter (Saturday Afternoons)
Description
Take on a year of nature study three months at a time.
This winter block gives you three monthly meetings with a Mass Audubon naturalist, each one with a different seasonal focus: animal tracking in January, an evening owl outing in February, and maple sugaring, maple trees, and winter twig identification in March.
Over the three months, watch the same land shift from deep winter into the first stirrings of spring. Looking for more? Try the full 12 month A Nature Year at Ipswich River starting January 2027.
