Description
Every animal leaves a trail, and winter is one of the best times to find it.
Start in the Nature Center with a track mystery to solve, learning to count toes, spot claw marks, and size up a print. Then head out on about a mile of trail to find the real thing: prints in snow or mud, chewed twigs, tufts of fur, scat, and the diggings that show who has been eating and hunting. Once you know how to track, winter walks will never look the same again.
