Description
Turn October and November Friday mornings into a weekly adventure through the natural world with this five-week series designed for the youngest explorers and the grown-ups who bring them. Each session begins indoors with a story, game, or activity before heading outside for a leisurely walk along the sanctuary trails to discover what's living underfoot and overhead.
Topics change each week—from burrowing critters Under a Log to the colors of Tremendous Trees, Busy Beavers building their lodges, Squirrels & Chipmunks caching their food, and how animals Get Ready for Winter—keeping little ones curious and coming back for more.
The same small group meets with the same educator each week, making it a wonderful opportunity for toddlers to build new friendships and for caregivers to connect with others nearby.
Looking for more flexibility? You can also register for each session individually.
