Full(ish) Moon Family Paddle

Description

The moon isn't quite full, but it's close enough to light up the Ipswich River in the most magical way. As the sun sets on this family canoe paddle, watch for ducks and herons flying overhead, bats swooping low for insects, and river mammals slipping silently past your boat.

After dark, the river takes on a whole new character: owls call from the tree line, and the sounds of the nocturnal world fill the air around you. The evening includes a stop on one of the river's islands to enjoy a campfire and snacks before the nearly full moon guides you back to the canoe landing.
