Description
Slow down and tune in to the plants, flowers, and subtle signs of seasonal growth unfolding around you.
Through guided prompts, mindful observation, writing, and easy, no-pressure sketching, practice noticing and recording observations of the natural world. Learn how to record observations and experiences in nature through mindfulness, writing, drawing, and other creative means.
Time will be spent both indoors and outdoors during a short walk, with an emphasis on curiosity, presence, and enjoyment.
Leave feeling more connected to the rhythms of the season and will receive an inspiring handout to support continued nature journaling on your own.
