The Secret World of Moths

Description

Moths might look like the frumpier cousin of butterflies, but they're far more beautiful and important than most people realize. When the sun goes down, go on a guided walk through the sanctuary to discover the flying insects that come out in the dark.

Using simple tricks like a white sheet and a blacklight, we'll draw in moths for up-close examination while learning about our local species and why they're important. At the end, you'll get tips on simple ways you can support moth populations and boost backyard biodiversity.
