Description
Chase away the midwinter cold with a cozy evening full of hearty, house-made stews accompanied by craft beers from some of our favorite local breweries. Stews will be made from Drumlin Farm-raised meats and veggies, along with seasonal ingredients from other neighboring farms. Fresh bread courtesy of Nashoba Brook Bakery will round out this festive winter meal by the fire.
As you savor the flavors, learn about our sustainable farming practices and hear from the breweries that share our passion for local food done right. Sip on drinks from Jack's Abby, Rapscallion, and Saltbox Kitchen breweries, who are graciously donating their time and products for this event. Musicians Thomas Perry and Nikki Shattuck of Lower Quarters, a local fiddle and guitar duo, will up the ambiance of the evening with their old-time instrumentals.
Both meat and vegetarian stew options will be available, along with a gluten-free cider option. This return of a perennial favorite has limited space, so please sign up early!
