Description
Spread out your picnic blankets, enjoy a cold sweet treat, and kick back for a summer evening of music in the outdoors! Boston-based folk band Sweet Wednesday is bringing their whimsical acoustics to Drumlin Farm. For one night only, the farm will be open after hours for the performance. The band is graciously donating their time to Drumlin Farm with this benefit concert, which will help support all the work we do.
About the band: From upbeat shanties to sweet lyrical ballads, Sweet Wednesday's award-winning music appeals to all ages. Their songs are a mix of rock, folk, and americana influences, whose lyrics tell enchanting stories. Originally from Boston, the band consists of lead singers and instrumentalists Lisa Houseman and Dave Falk, bass player Antonio Macomber, and drummer David Birmingham. They recently released their third full-length album.
Tickets are required; a select amount will also be available for purchase at the door. Sanctuary admission is free with your ticket, so feel free to arrive early and enjoy a walk around the farm before the concert begins!
