Description

Capture the taste of summer in a jar! Canning is a time-honored way to enjoy local produce throughout the seasons. Discover the best methods and ingredients for making a variety of jams, jellies, and preserves, and learn how to safely preserve them through canning. Tie on your apron and try your hand at preserving farm-fresh fruits and veggies, some of which will be sourced directly from our own crops field.
