Description
Pigs aren't the only ones who love to root around in the dirt! Channeling our pig friends, we’ll get our hands dirty digging for fresh potatoes that have been hiding under the soil all summer. Once we have our bounty, it’s off to the kitchen where we’ll scrub, slice, and season our freshly harvested potatoes to create a simple and delicious snack. While it bakes, we’ll head to the barn for a special visit with our pigs to help feed them their dinner: a nutritious green salad we’ll help prepare just for them. Perfect for curious kids and their grown-ups who want to get a little messy and explore where their food comes from.
