As you walk, gather and look closely at different kinds of leaves and learn how and why they change color.
After, gather for story time with a beloved fall picture book, Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert, then channel your creativity with a leaf-inspired craft to bring home as a keepsake of the season.

Meet in front of the Nature Center. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. Bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Expect to walk along paved paths as well as dirt and wooded trails with an incline.
