Description
There are so many amazing birds in your own backyard if you know where to look! Start the program with a close encounter with one of Drumlin Farm's wildlife ambassador birds and get introduced to their unique behaviors, calls, and favorite foods.
From there, take a guided walk, putting your new knowledge to work as you learn to identify local birds by sight and sound. After exploring outdoors, head inside for a craft session where everyone will build a bird feeder from recycled materials to bring home—a small but meaningful step toward supporting birds in your own neighborhood.
