Capture the taste of summer in a jar! Canning is a time-honored way to enjoy local produce throughout the seasons. Discover the best methods and ingredients for making a variety of jams, jellies, and preserves, and learn how to safely preserve them through canning.
Tie on your apron and try your hand at preserving farm-fresh fruits and veggies, some of which will be sourced directly from our own crops field. This is a delicious way to 'eat local' throughout the winter—if you can make them last that long! Take home samples of our homemade concoctions along with recipes to share with family and friends.
