Practice simple, time-honored, and delicious methods for preserving the bounty of summer produce, from bok choi to cucumbers. Tie on your apron and try your hand at pickling and canning farm-fresh veggies, some of which will be sourced from our own crops fields.
Learn about the equipment and ingredients you'll need and important methods for safely storing your concoctions. You'll take home your homemade samples along with recipes to inspire future creations.
