Description
School is out, and nature is in! Discover the hidden world of ponds and vernal pools using dip nets, magnifiers, and other scientific tools as we search for the amazing wildlife that hides beneath the surface. Observe insects skimming the water's surface, turtles basking on logs, frogs peeking out from the shallows, and salamanders tucked beneath leaves and logs Through guided exploration, nature games, and creating pond-themed crafts, children will learn about the important role of these unique spring habitats.
Please note: each day of vacation week camp requires a separate registration. To register for all days of vacation week, please make sure to add all three to your cart before completing your registration.

Instructions
Participants spend most of each day outdoors, so be prepared with weather-appropriate clothing and layers. A required health form will be sent in your confirmation email upon registration. Details about your session will be sent at least 3 days before the start of your program. All health forms are due by April 15th.
