School is out, and nature is in! Discover the hidden secrets of Drumlin Farm during February Vacation Week as you explore fields, forests, and barns. Explore the winter forest as you learn winter tree identification and discover how plants and animals adapt to the cold season. Learn about the process of making maple syrup, a classic New England treat, as you follow the steps from tree to table. See how sap is collected, find out what happens at the sugar shack, and enjoy hands-on activities that bring the winter forest and maple sugaring to life.

Participants spend most of each day outdoors, so be prepared with weather-appropriate clothing and layers.
A required health form will be sent in your confirmation email upon completed registration.
