Winter Tracking

Who made that track in the mud? What are those odd marks on this tree? Who left that scat behind? Join a Mass Audubon Naturalist to learn about hidden signs of life all around us. Coyote, fox, possum, skunk, squirrel, and deer are just a few of our mammal neighbors whose activity we can track by recognizing the evidence they leave behind. We will be walking throughout the sanctuary, with frequent stops. The terrain will vary but will remain mostly level with some gentle inclines. There may be roots, puddles, and rocks on the trails.
