Description
Have you ever wondered what lives under Broadmoor's boardwalk? Dip your nets into the wetland to see what's swimming below the surface. Using magnifiers, identification charts, and field guides, you'll scoop up and examine creatures like mayfly nymphs, tadpoles, water striders, diving beetles, and more.
Sketch your discoveries, compare findings with other families, and learn how these small and often overlooked creatures hold the wetland ecosystem together. Ponding is an exclusive experience only available to participants in our programs, so dive in!
