Description
Owls have advanced night vision that's perfectly adapted to support their nearly silent hunting. Start the evening indoors with a short introduction to the behavior, adaptations, and ecology of our native New England owls, then head out on nearby trails after dark to listen and look for whoooos living here in our urban sanctuary.
You'll leave with a better understanding of these iconic birds, with tips and tricks for looking and listening for them on your own.
