Description
Discover the art of transforming flowers, leaves, roots, bark, and berries into nourishing, healing teas. Together, we'll explore the difference between herbal infusions and decoctions while highlighting local plants that support wellness during fall and winter cold and flu season. Many of the herbs we'll use are freshly harvested from the Boston Food Forest and the Clark-Cooper Community Garden, bringing the flavor of our own community into each cup. To top it off, we’ll brew and taste a variety of blends, savoring their comforting and restorative qualities.
