Step into the shady woodlands of Allandale Woods for a peaceful 1.6-mile loop through forests, wetlands, and quiet ponds. We'll search for resident birds tucked among the trees and cattails, listening closely for songs and calls along the way.
The trail is unpaved and gently rolling, with a few small hills and inclines-perfect for a relaxed nature walk with just a touch of adventure.
Whether you're brand new to birding or have years of sightings under your belt, this guided walk is a great way to explore and connect with the local birdlife

We will meet at the parking lot for Allandale Woods.
For your GPS, use the following address: 19 VFW Pkwy, Boston, MA 02132.
When you drive in, you will see Willow Path Childcare, but you can take the first left and follow that short road to the lot you can use for Allandale Woods parking.
Bring or apply at home sunblock and bug spray. Bring a water bottle.
