Signs of Spring

Description

Springtime in Massachusetts is filled with seasonal changes in animal behavior and plant growth. Flowers and trees in your neighborhood should be producing leaves and flowers. Several bird species are returning from southern wintering habitats and many animals are starting to raise their young. Learn ways to explore, enjoy, support, and protect nature close to home this spring. Observe animal signs, listen for bird calls, and smell new flowers while exploring the Boston Nature Center.
