Early Spring Bird Walk at Fowl Meadows

Description

Catch the first wave of spring migration at Fowl Meadows with an experienced Mass Audubon guide. Together, we will walk the Burma Road trail scanning the sky and tree lines for early arrivals like Eastern Phoebes, Eastern Bluebirds, and Pine Warblers, with Bald Eagles and Red-shouldered Hawks patrolling overhead.

The route covers approximately 2 miles of a flat, easy-to-navigate dirt path, with only a small bridge near the trailhead requiring careful footing.

Whether you are building your life list or just getting started, early March at Fowl Meadows rarely disappoints.
