Description
This Valentine's weekend, show some love to the nature in your city and the people you hold dear.
Drop in for an afternoon of educational stations and guided walks where you can get hands-on supporting native habitat, then head inside to press leaves and seed pods using printmaking techniques into handmade cards for your loved ones.
Along the way, you will learn how invasive species reshape a landscape and what small acts of care add up to for local ecology.
Come for the crafts, stay for the community, and leave having given something back.

What To Expect
This is a drop-in festival with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Stations run throughout the afternoon and guided walks are staggered, so you can arrive whenever suits you.
Sanctuary trails are flat and fully accessible, though surfaces may be slippery from snow or ice at this time of year. In the event of severe weather conditions, the program may be cancelled or postponed.
