Description
Explore the unexpected world of Boston birds together with your family. Walk the trails of the Boston Nature Center, learning to spot and identify local residents and winter visitors by their behaviors, field marks, and calls.
Bare branches and open sightlines make winter one of the easiest times to watch birds closely. You will also learn how to make the most of apps like Merlin and eBird, which will help expand your newfound skills and connect you to a global network of community scientists.
Binoculars and field guides are provided, so all you need to bring is curiosity.
