Description
The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year, providing the perfect opportunity for an evening stroll on Boston Nature Center's meadows and trails to mark the occasion. Step into the quiet of the sanctuary at dusk, following the paths in search of animal tracks, listening for owls calling overhead, and learning about the plants and wild edibles that persist through winter's coldest stretch. What's more, we'll celebrate this significant calendar marker with community and reflection, looking forward to longer days ahead together.
Snowshoes may join the adventure if conditions allow.
