Description
Roll out your mat in the meadow grass and let the natural world become part of your practice. This outdoor yoga class brings together guided movement and the living landscape of one of the city's most beloved urban wildlife sanctuaries. Expect birdsong, a soft breeze on your skin, and fresh air with every inhale.
Appropriate for all levels, with modifications offered throughout, this class is as welcoming to someone stepping onto a mat for the very first time as it is to a longtime practitioner. Grounding in the most literal sense, it draws on what nature lovers have always known: that time spent in a thriving urban green space is restorative in ways a studio simply can't replicate.
