Spring Birding at Fowl Meadows

Description

Venture into the expansive Fowl Meadow, a premier birding destination that spans multiple towns and delivers exceptional wildlife viewing year-round. Search for soaring Bald Eagles, diverse hawks, and colorful ducks while tracking down early spring migrants in this birder's paradise. Target your binoculars on Rusty Blackbirds, Wood Ducks, Eastern Phoebes, Eastern Bluebirds, Pine Warblers and so many more as you traverse the flat, easy-to-navigate dirt paths of the Burma Road trail. Cover approximately 2 miles of prime habitat, with only a small flat bridge near the trailhead requiring careful navigation.
