Description

Join us for a short hike to learn about the fascinating American Woodcock and its captivating breeding display. You'll have the opportunity to observe and listen for the distinctive "peent" call as these remarkable birds perform their courtship rituals. It's a great chance to connect with nature and explore these remarkable birds!

Instructions

Participants will meet at Blue Hills Trailside Museum at 1904 Canton Ave, Milton in the auditorium via the side door. Dress for a short hike along the Green Dot Trail at Blue Hills.

This program is for all ages and any children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
