Wednesday Morning Bird Walk

Description

What better way to start your day than with a peaceful and scenic guided walk through nature, searching for and learning about the diverse bird species that call Massachusetts their home? Whether you're spotting familiar favorites like woodpeckers, hawks, and sparrows, or encountering more elusive species, our knowledgeable educator will help you identify them. All experience levels are welcome!

Instructions

Participants will meet outside, in front of the Trailside Museum, located at Blue Hills Trailside Museum, 1904 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186.

The full program will take place outside but museum admission is included in the program fee. Participants are welcome to explore the museum after the program has ended.

Dress appropriately for the weather and prepare for a 1 to 1.5 mile hike. The trail we are taking is mostly flat and not very steep but there may be areas of uneven terrain.
