Wander the wooded trails of the Blue Hills in search of migratory songbirds making their incredible journeys south. Spot warblers, thrushes, and other travelers as they pause to rest and refuel. Discover the challenges these birds face on their long flights, and sharpen your skills in identifying tricky fall plumages. A welcoming walk for birders of all ages and experience levels!

Instructions
Participants will meet outside, in front of the Trailside Museum, located at Blue Hills Trailside Museum, 1904 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186.
The full program will take place outside, but museum admission is included in the program fee. Participants are welcome to explore the museum after the program has ended.
Dress appropriately for the weather and prepare for a 1 to 1.5 mile hike. The trail we are taking is mostly flat and not very steep but there may be areas of uneven terrain. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program.
