Nature Tales: Snakes

Slither into the fascinating world of snakes! Through exciting stories, playful games, and hands-on activities, kids will discover what makes these scaly creatures such unique and important animals. Learn about how snakes move, hunt, and defend themselves, plus get a close look at snake sheds and a real live snake. Then, create a fun snake-themed craft to take home. This nature-inspired program is perfect for families ready to explore the wild and often misunderstood lives of these amazing reptiles.

Instructions

Please meet in the Blue Hills Trailside Auditorium at the start of the program, located at Blue Hills Trailside Museum, 1904 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186.

Just in case we go outdoors during the activity, please dress appropriately for a hike and make sure to bring water. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program.

Museum admission is included in the program fee. Participants are welcome to explore the museum after the program has ended.
