Gather around the picnic tables to explore the incredible creatures that live beneath the leaves, discover how they find food, stay safe, and thrive in their ground-level habitats. Then, head out on a short hike to search for signs of these forest dwellers in action. Perfect for curious minds and nature lovers of all ages!

Please meet at the picnic tables next to the fox exhibit at the start of the program, located at Blue Hills Trailside Museum, 1904 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186. The full program will take place outside but bathrooms are located inside the museum.
Keeping in mind the weather, be sure to bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes. We will go on a 0.75 mile loop that include some sections with uneven terrain. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program.
Museum admission is included in the program fee. Participants are welcome to explore the museum after the program has ended.
