A Nature Year at Blue Hills Trailside Museum: Spring

Description

Explore local natural phenomena on this deep dive into the best of spring.

March opens on the morning of the spring equinox, giving us the opportunity to read the earliest signs of the season as the Blue Hills wake up. In April, look under leaf litter and fallen logs for amphibians and the small creatures hidden there. In May, follow the pollinators as flowers open and insects get to work.

Led by expert naturalists, each session begins with a brief introduction indoors before heading out for at least 90 minutes of active exploration.

Checking registration status.
