Description
Experience the beauty of the night sky atop Chickatawbut Hill, with our guides pointing out constellations and astronomical highlights. The low humidity, long winter nights, and minimal surrounding light create rare opportune stargazing conditions right outside the city. We will even have the chance to witness the Geminid meteor shower.
Plus, while you look for shooting stars, be sure to keep an ear out for wild owls calling in the night. You'll even meet a live owl ambassador from Blue Hills Trailside Museum up close, learning all about their lives and nighttime activities.
