Get to Know the Blue Hills

Description

Explore the grounds of the Blue Hills Trailside Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary during this guided outdoor experience, led by a knowledgeable educator. Begin with an introduction to Trailside and Mass Audubon before touring the outdoor animal enclosures and learning about the native wildlife that call this sanctuary home. The program continues with a hike along the Red Dot Trail to the observatory and back to Trailside, with brief natural history lessons woven in along the way. Expect to walk on uneven trails and spend time outdoors. Museum admission is included, allowing participants to continue exploring the indoor exhibits at their own pace after the guided hike.
