Description
As humans, we've spent the majority of our history living close to the earth, interacting with the seasons, other creatures, and the elements. But in our modern world, fewer people make these connections. Participating in a mindful outdoor experience is an opportunity to begin to establish a reciprocal relationship with the earth. We'll incorporate several simple and proven techniques, including present-moment awareness, deep breathing, and conscious movement, to fully awaken our senses and to experience directly the healing properties of nature.
