Description
Imagine having a date with nature every month: same place, different season, always something new to discover. A Nature Year at Arcadia takes curious adults through the full cycle of the sanctuary year, from Monarch and hawk migration to Woodcocks peenting at dusk to Nighthawks catching insects mid-flight, and beyond.
Sessions begin inside with a short introduction, then spend about 90 minutes actively exploring the sanctuary trails and habitats. You'll build deep natural history knowledge, form a tight knit community with like-minded adults, and develop the kind of intimate seasonal familiarity with our local phenomena that will have you looking at the natural world in a whole new way.
