Description
Pick up a brush and you'll see Arcadia differently. Perfect for beginners, this four-session watercolor series presents foundational painting skills: how to build depth across a landscape, mix colors for light and atmosphere, and compose a scene from what's right in front of you.
You'll use the sanctuary's fields, wetlands, and woodland edges as your studio.
Each session takes you outdoors to paint from life, with October's foliage providing a spectacular backdrop. No prior painting experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to look closely. You'll return home with original work and a richer eye for the landscape around you.

Instructions
Bring a small watercolor painting kit; details on supplies will be provided upon registration. Dress to be outdoors for approximately half of each session and bring a portable chair. Please wear weather-appropriate layers.
