Explore and Create at the Arcadia Art House: Felting & Weaving with Natural Materials
Description
Saturday mornings at the Arcadia Art House are for families looking to slow down, spend time together, and create something beautiful.
Learn to make creative beads, decorative acorns, or other objects through a wet-felting process. Try your hand at creating at weaving and incorporate small stones, sticks, or other natural objects into your project. Take home your original creations as a memento of your time outdoors together. No art experience needed.
Consider arriving early or staying after the program for a self-guided walk through the sanctuary searching for the seasonal wonders of the moment: bird songs, animal tracks, new buds, and whatever else the morning offers.
