Singing Whip-poor-wills are a familiar sound of nights in late spring, but there is so much more beyond the song! Join Sanctuary Director Melissa Lowe in a live online presentation on Whip-poor-will's beahavior, distribution, natural history and fascinating relationship with humans.
This program will be delivered online, live, through Microsoft Teams. You will receive a link with access information the day before the program. We'll also send you information that walks you through some ground rules and how to sign on to the Teams meeting.
In order to fully participate, you will need a laptop or other computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers. It is possible to attend using a tablet, though with reduced functions.
The program session will open 20 minutes prior to the start time; please plan on joining at least 10 minutes before start time to test your connection.
