Twilight is an amazing time to listen and look for wildlife. Beavers, owls, loons, and other wildlife are all possible to spot at Buckley Dunton Lake in October Mountain State Forest. We'll stealthily explore the coves and inlets of this beautiful lake, then hitch our boats together to enjoy light refreshments while we listen for nocturnal wildlife sounds.
Please support our efforts of reducing plastic waste by bringing your own reusable water bottle.
Instructions and Directions:
Children must be at least 10 years of age, accompanied by an adult, and know how to swim. Bring insect repellent.
Please meet 15 minutes before start time.
PLEASE NOTE: Groups are limited to 10 preregistered participants, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Masks/face coverings are optional during outdoor programs.
