Maple Sugar season has begun here at Moose Hill!

If you have ever wondered about how maple sap is made into maple syrup, this is the program for you! In this 2-hour program you will learn how we take raw maple sap and turn it into maple syrup.

We will have a maple syrup tasting, try some drinks made with our own maple syrup, see our reverse osmosis machine, and get an up close tour of the evaporator in action at night!

There will be plenty of time for questions as you learn how Moose Hill takes the sap from over 150 taps and turns it into some of the tastiest syrup around!

Instructions and Directions:

We will take a night hike to our Farmhouse, Sap House, and Sugar Shack - please wear appropriate shoes.
