In the spring, growth seems to be happening all around us, all at once. Upon closer inspection however, you'll find unique adaptations and strategies that every shrub, tree, and flower use to take advantage of the newly available energy. The timing and mechanisms of their bud bursts, flowering, and germination are all part of the fascinating processes native trees and plants undergo in spring. Discover the inner world of spring trees and plants by studying the natural phenomena around you.
