In this online nature writing workshop, we'll start with a short warm-up prompt with the opportunity to share our writing (without feedback). Then we'll have another nature writing prompt with significant time for writing. After writing, everyone will have the opportunity to share part of their work and receive both encouraging and constructive feedback. You'll receive nature writing resources at the end of the workshop to help you navigate and enjoy the world of nature writing.
Meet your presenter:
Kim Hoff; Teacher/Naturalist at Arcadia, a nature writer and essayist who has written for Mass Audubon's Explore, Northern Woodlands Magazine, and Grist Journal's The Writing Life. She's currently working on a book-length collection of nature essays.
