Familiarize yourself with conservation threats, existing citizen science projects, and everyday actions you can take to help keep local insects and their habitats healthy. Each weekly class will include an optional, self-directed outdoor observation exercise and a 30-minute follow-up virtual discussion session a week later, providing an opportunity for you to observe insects on your own and share your discoveries with classmates and the presenters.
