We'll start by searching the salt marshes and dunes of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge for the diurnal Snowy Owl and the crepuscular Short-eared Owl. After sunset, we'll return to Joppa Flats for a lecture about the folklore and natural history of North American owls. Finally, in the dark we'll go out again to look for Eastern Screech-owls, Barred Owls, and Great Horned Owls.
