Alaska is one of North America's premier birding and natural history destinations with a tremendous variety of breeding birds, iconic mammals, and awe inspiring glaciers, fjords, mountains, and tundra. We will sample the best of it: Anchorage's ponds and marshes; boreal forest, spruce bogs, and open tundra in Denali National Park and the Alaska Range; the Kenai Peninsula's fjords and spruce-hemlock forest; and Nome's high arctic tundra. Highlights include Northern Hawk Owl, Willow and Rock Ptarmigans, Bristle-thighed Curlew, Bluethroat, Gyrfalcon, Arctic Warbler, Northern Wheatear, Horned and Tufted Puffins, Chestnut-backed Chickadee, Varied Thrush, sea otter, whales, grizzly, and so much more.

We maintain a low participant-leader ratio for all of our overnight programs. As a result, our guests have an easier time finding and seeing wildlife, and leaders have more time for individualized interactions with each participant. These programs are open to everyone age 18 and older. Fees include all ground and boat transportation, interpretive materials, entrance fees, and lodging unless otherwise noted. Fees are based on double occupancy; optional single rooms available for a supplemental fee except where noted.
Single Supplement is $1,100. Final payment is due March 28, 2020
