This class will concentrate on non-alcoholic fermentation with a particular focus on fermented teas. Learn about symbiotic colonies of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) as we cover fermentation, acids, and alcohols, and sample several kombuchas and shrubs. Participants will make a shrub and receive a SCOBY to take home.

Open to age 12 or older with an adult. Fee applies to all participants.
